TabTrade.com - The Honest Breakdown

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com opened in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

That last detail tells you something. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform this new, the breadth is broad.

Platforms

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from the same login. Many pick one platform. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is what most people know. Complete charts, EAs, massive community. If you know MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better DOM. More responsive charts. cBot support. Many people find it more natural once they try it.

FIX API is there for bots but is only on the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be in the works. That will be a good addition once it is live.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not relevant to the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

This is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you swing trade, it matters less. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.

Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone at this price point offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

This is the detail that matters. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your decision.

The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.

Deposit Bonus

TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical deposit match. You fund your account, TabTrade credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before funding.
