TabTrade.com - The Honest Breakdown

The Broker - The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.

That last detail matters. It suggests the leadership has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.

The Software

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, huge user base. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for algo traders but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently on the roadmap. That will round things out when it lands.

What You Pay

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not something typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the area where this broker actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers run hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? For short-term trading, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That signals something about priorities.

Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers at this price point run Equinix connectivity.

Safety

Here is the part you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. It does factor into your assessment.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You put money in, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before you deposit.
